Kentucky Legend was born in Owensboro, KY. Our slow method and handcrafted process produce quality you can taste. Hand-selected and trimmed, prepared in natural juices, then smoked twice over real wood chips for delicious, juicy tenderness.

We drive smoke, a lot of smoke, into the meat like a master BBQ chef. We smoke our ham longer than the others – twice the amount of the industry standard. Because more smoke means more flavor.
