Bacon and Ham Avocado Ciabatta

This gourmet sandwich is guaranteed to tickle the fanciest of taste buds!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of Kentucky Legend Diced & Cubed Ham
2 or 3 slices of Kentucky Legend Bacon
2 slices of ciabatta
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
Grainy mustard

DIRECTIONS

Cook bacon to desired doneness. Let cool on paper towel-lined plate to drain grease.
Build sandwich, layering cubed ham, blue cheese crumbles, slices of bacon and avocado and then spread a generous smear of grainy mustard across inside of top piece of ciabatta. Enjoy!
