Cajun Turkey Wraps

The perfect lunch time pick-me-up!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon hot sauce
3 large tortillas
1/4 pound Kentucky Legend Quarter Sliced Turkey
1 cup green leafy lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 large avocado, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Combine mayo, cajun seasoning, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well.
Spread desired amount of the mixture on a large tortilla. Place turkey, lettuce, tomato and avocado on the tortilla.
Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
