Ham Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/4 c. shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Kentucky Legend Diced & Cubed Ham
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a single layer on the bottom of a medium pot and covering them with cold water. Over high heat, bring the eggs to a rolling boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let the eggs stand in the water for 10-12 minutes. Drain and rinse the eggs with cold water until they are cold enough to handle.
  2. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise; removing the yolks. Set whites aside.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, smash the egg yolks. Combine with mayonnaise, ground mustard, vinegar and tarragon.
  4. Stir in cheese and ham.
  5. Spoon mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Enjoy!
