2 slices multigrain bread per sandwich
8 dill pickle slices
8 lettuce leaves
mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Spread Mayonnaise on one slice of multigrain bread
Top with ham slices, pickles, lettuce and one slice of cheese
Put second slice of bread on top
